The actress shared a collection of Instagram pictures on Tuesday showcasing one of her preferred methods of self-care: relaxing in the sauna. Although the sweat session itself didn’t seem unusual, Hayek’s outfit certainly captured the carefree exuberance we’re looking for.
The actress was pictured sprawled out on a sauna bench, her breast and pelvis covered only by two neatly folded white towels, leaving her shoulders, midriff, and legs exposed.
Salma let her hair down in loose curls with a center part and relished the natural glow the sauna’s heat gave her complexion.
She captioned the picture, “Embracing the healing power of the sauna and sweating out the stress this #WorldWellbeingWeek,” before translating the English sentence into Spanish. During #WorldWellbeingWeek, “remembering the therapeutic benefits of saunas and stress-relieving techniques.”
Along with taking it easy in the sauna, the actress recently traveled to Spain as part of her self-care regimen. On Saturday, Hayek posted an image from her vacation where she posed for a picture by the water and was eating paella.
