Salma Hayek: Relatable and Down-to-Earth Even After the Oscars

The 56-year-old Hollywood actress Salma Hayek demonstrates how common people can be with famous people. Salma posted a candid video of her post-awards routine during the 2023 Oscars, which we can all identify with.

After leaving the glitzy gathering, Salma tweeted a video of herself eating. Still wearing her gorgeous red sequin gown with the back unzipped, she hurried to the kitchen, hungry and ready to feed her appetite.

“Expectation vs. Reality,” yelled an off-screen voice as Salma turned around, sandwich in her mouth. The video caught a fun moment that maintained the elegance but also highlighted Salma’s grounded side.

Salma wrote, “Happy to maintain the glitz, but first things first,” as the sweet video’s caption, sparking a barrage of comments from her dedicated fans. Supporters commended her beauty and honesty; one even said, “Even her back is gorgeous.”

Other celebs also noticed the video, including her co-star Antonio Banderas, who laughed heartily and posted several emojis to show his amusement.

Salma had just returned from an Academy Awards ceremony, which was particularly meaningful to her, when she filmed the kitchen video. Valentina, her 15-year-old daughter, joined her for a rare public appearance at the Oscars.

Valentina looked amazing with Salma in her mother’s 1997 dress. They were both wearing red. The evening took on a unique quality with their combined presence.

Salma has always shown off her gregarious personality by giving glimpses of her day-to-day activities. She was recently spotted eating a bowl of chicken soup and sporting a golden beauty mask.

Salma pours soup into the camera and remarks, “This is my first time wearing a golden mask, and I’m wearing it while ordering room service as well.” “I apologize, but the food takes precedence over appearances.”
