Why You Should Always Put A Spoon Of Sugar In Your Backyard Before Leaving The House

Although some of us dislike bees because we think they only annoy us and ruin our nice picnics, in actuality, these tiny insects are progressively going extinct.

These are essential since 90 percent of the world’s population depends on these tiny insects for food; we truly cannot survive without them!

Fortunately, there are a lot of incredible things we can do to protect the environment. It’s not true that you have to be a tree nut to appreciate the environment.

Although one individual cannot accomplish everything, all of us working together can make a difference, and it is our collective duty to do our part to protect the wonderful environment we live in for coming generations.

If you heard the voice of this British zoologist and novelist, who is most known for his work as a television presenter, you would undoubtedly recognize it.

On Facebook, he stated:

“Humans would have four years to live if bees vanished from the face of the planet.”

Although David Attenborough is not the first to deliver this dire warning, his message serves as a helpful reminder that it is a real concern that we should all take very seriously.

Although bees may appear little and insignificant, they play a vital role in pollinating around one-third of the food that humans eat.

According to David Attenborough:

“The bee population has decreased by one-third in the last five years.”

However, there is one thing we can all do to help the issue, which is an idea that is spreading like wildfire.

David Attenborough offers us a straightforward piece of advice that we should all try:Take a spoon, mix some water and sugar, and set it out in your backyard. It might actually be able to save your life!

According to David Attenborough:

“Bees can appear dead or dying at this time of year, but that isn’t the case at all. Bees can get fatigued and run out of energy to make it back to the hive, which frequently leads to them being carried away.

“A simple solution of sugar and water will help revive an exhausted bee if you find one in your home.”

“Just combine one tablespoon water and two teaspoons white granulated sugar, then arrange on a spoon so the bee may get it. Spreading the word about this post will also help to increase awareness.

Another approach to support the well-being of bees and humans is to grow flowers on your balcony or, better yet, allow wildflowers to occupy a small area of your backyard. The bees in your area will adore it!
