According to preliminary research, the King of Rock ‘n Roll may have overdosed on drugs and died. Ten prescription medications were discovered in the late star’s body, according to reports at the time, however that was later ruled out.
While Elvis was serving in the US Army and stationed in Germany in August of 1958, Gladys fell ill. The legendary singer raced home to be with her, and on August 14, 1958, at the age of 46, he was present when she passed away.
Although a heart attack was first listed as the cause of death, subsequent investigations indicated that alcohol poisoning-related liver failure was a contributing role. The vocalist of “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” who expressed her grief at the moment, said:
My heart was broken by it. She was my best friend forever.
At his mother’s funeral, nobody was able to comfort Lisa Marie’s father, and following her burial, he had trouble walking. Friends of the singer of “Nobody Noticed It” claimed that he altered and never really recovered after the loss of his mother.
Additionally remaining put at her grandma Priscilla Presley’s house was Riley Keough, the eldest daughter of the late songwriter Lisa Marie Presley.
Two years after the singer of “You Gave Me a Mountain” passed away, in June 1979, Vernon, at sixty-three, too passed away from a heart attack. Regretfully, it was reported that Lisa Marie’s kids were having difficulty dealing with their mother’s passing.

Following Lisa’s passing, a multi-million dollar trust was established, and Priscilla and her granddaughter Riley Keough were at odds over it.
Priscilla asked for something other than money during the negotiations, despite reports that she was not difficult to work with. Although she lost the battle, Presley’s ex-wife desired to be buried next to him. Priscilla did not cause much issue, even with this request; she gave it without protest.
Even though Priscilla didn’t obtain the grave she had hoped for, she still made off with a sizable payment thanks to her daughter’s confidence. The actress was reportedly anticipated to collect millions.
In exchange for Priscilla abandoning her claims on who would be in charge of Lisa’s trust, she was paid millions of dollars. She also gave up her portion in Elvis Presley Enterprises and Lisa’s Graceland estate.
