Angelica was born on May 6, 2018, and she was beautiful. She had a heart-shaped stain from port wine on her face, lovely eyes, and a button nose.
Even if the most of Angelica’s friends and family accept her birthmark, her mother Marianna Bowering asserted that certain people are still obliged to comment on her daughter’s looks.
The worst internet comment I’ve ever read asked whether her face had been pressed onto a griddle. Basically, saying that her face looked burned,” Bowering explained.
Unfortunately, when I originally applied this makeup look to make Angelica appear as gorgeous as she does now, she was asleep for the night.
Marianna revealed that her daughter had been called “hideous” and a “defect,” among other hurtful remarks. The harshness and insensitivity of these comments caused this family a great deal of hardship, but in the end, their perseverance and will to overcome these hurdles resulted in an incredible transformation.
Despite the painful comments, Bowering is doing everything in her power to make sure Angelica grows up knowing that she is beautiful in her own special beauty.
Recently, the 27-year-old mother decided to use cosmetics and recreate her 5-year-old daughter’s birthmark on her own face.
“People are encouraged to draw a heart on their cheeks on Vascular Birthmark Awareness Day,” Bowering said. This served as the inspiration.Initially, I just used a heart-shaped makeup application, but then I thought, Why not go all out and use Angelica’s port wine stain?
Trying to look as good as my child, I put on makeup to make her look perfect! She is still more attractive. This was shared on Saturday, May 16, 2020 by Marianna Bowering.
Marianna grew very agitated when some people told her that her daughter’s face spots will fade away with time and others claimed that Angelica could just cover them up with cosmetics if she so chose.
Even more offended and irritated by these remarks was the mother, who questioned why her daughter should have to conceal rather than appreciate her natural beauty.
It was a sobering reminder of the challenging conditions faced by those who don’t fit socially acceptable beauty standards, but it also underlined how crucial it is to love and accept everyone for who they are, no matter how they may appear.
Bowering and her spouse didn’t think they had to feel bad about their daughter’s birthmark from the beginning. As a result, they work hard to make sure they comprehend the reasons it’s worth celebrating.
Bowering “made it shine” by adding glitter to Angelica’s port wine stain prior to the matching “birthmark.”
While Bowering stated to TODAY that Angelica is in good condition, children who have facial port wine stains run the risk of developing additional health problems.
Fortunately, tests have revealed that Angelica is in perfect health, according to Bowering. “We just need to arrange for regular checkups; glaucoma is a possible risk, especially for her eyes.”
Angelica, you are really, truly stunning. Never give up on someone who tells you otherwise.
Marianna Thank you for being such a wonderful mother and for constantly showing your child that her birthmark is totally normal.
