These brothers had one remarkable thing in common, even though they were born nearly ten years apart.
Albinos are characterized by a lack of pigmentation in their skin, eyes, and/or hair due to the rare genetic disorder known as albinism:
It is very rare to have an albino child. It draws attention to the peculiar fact that two albino children were born to a Kazakh couple who had been apart for 12 years.
Introducing Asel and Kamila, the very different siblings who are currently in great demand as models:
Asel, the older sibling, is fourteen years old. Her mother, Aiman Sarkitova, stated she was surprised when she was born with an albino condition.
She told the Daily Mail, “When I gave birth to my eldest child, genetics was not as sophisticated with us.” It is only now starting to take shape. The doctors were surprised.
Twelve years later, when Kamila was born with the same problem, how could they have been more shocked?
Because it’s such a striking and remarkable sight to see these two siblings together, they partnered up and began modeling.
Asel has been modeling since she was ten years old, but since she has a sister who is two years old, her demand has grown. The two have over 33,000 Instagram followers.
They have had tremendous success thanks to albinism, but life is not always easy. The problem is also associated with other conditions, such as photosensitivity.
“If I go outside in the afternoon, I always have an umbrella, headgear, skin-protective clothing, and sunscreen,” Asel said.
“In the evening, when there is hardly any sun, it is much easier for me.”
However, they will always have one another to help them get through life’s ups and downs.
Because their condition is so rare, albinos may feel isolated, but these two sisters are lucky to have a family member who will always be like them.
Furthermore, their success as models ought to increase understanding of albinism and draw attention to the unique beauty of albinos.
