A rapper and social media star claimed that the West is “screwed without Christianity,” and Elon Musk agrees.
The removal of Christianity from western culture has recently been compared to “removing a building’s foundation but proudly expecting it to remain standing forever,” according to Nzube Olisaebuka Udezue, popularly known as Zuby. Meanwhile, both internal and external enemies are trying to bring down the building. This garnered 28,000 likes when he shared it with his one million followers.
In response to Zuby’s comment, Elon Musk, the CEO of X, tweeted, “You’re probably right.”
In June 2023, Musk received an invitation from Christian presenter Zuby to join his podcast, “Real Talk with Zuby Podcast,” which was exclusively available on X. In a 2013 interview with Rainn Wilson on the SoulPancake YouTube channel, Musk mentioned his religious views in passing. When asked if he was a worshipper, Musk said, “I don’t really worship anything, but I do devote myself to the advancement of humanity by using technology.”
However, Musk admitted that he had prayed for this specific mission during the historic SpaceX Dragon capsule splashdown in August 2020, which successfully brought astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken back to Earth.
These discussions shed light on Musk’s complex relationship with religion and his commitment to the progress of both science and humanity.
