Throughout the week, performers from the comedy, dance, and music industries have been competing to impress Simon Cowell and the other judges on Britain’s Got Talent.
However, it appears that during Friday night’s fourth live semi-final, one artist in particular literally set the stage on fire.
He appeared as magician James More, who said that illusionists who had tried out for the show before had a negative reputation.

He’s on fire: Magician James More’s illusionist act at Friday night’s BGT live semi-final was one of the most impressive performances.
However, he undoubtedly succeeded in turning the tide, as evidenced by the thunderous applause he received after his amazing performance.
Before the fire struck the box and James vanished from the cage, he was seen in a shadow, attempting to free himself. He then reappeared behind Simon Cowell, grinning in all his handsome splendor.
Taking his place: James was chained up and lay down in a cage before his helpers burned several steel rods.
Struggling: Just before the fire rods fell into the cage, a silhouette of him under the fabric revealed him attempting to free himself and escape.
He was told by an astonished David Walliams: “Wow, amazing reaction.” You are the young, attractive face of magic! We need some magic for this show’s finale.
Alesha said, “Unbelievable, I’m genuinely blown away by that,” as he defeated the girls. How could you possibly have done that?
“We have never, ever had a reaction like that about a magician on this show ever,” Amanda said in shock. It was cool, sexy, and devoid of sequins and lycra.
Even Simon appeared to be in awe: “We had the best magician tonight, and last night we may have had the worst in Britain’s Got Talent history.” It is simply unthinkable. The entire presentation was fantastic. Congratulations for being this close up and without knowing how you did it.
James, ready to make an impression appeared assured as he ascended the platform and made lofty promises.
How? The judges were shocked to see James smiling and standing uninjured behind them a few seconds later.
However, he wasn’t the only act that impressed the judges. Simon acknowledged that this round will be difficult since, even though there is only room for two acts, five of them could be excellent enough for the final.
One of the most notable performances was when 11-year-old “diva” Asanda Jezile sang; Cowell even remarked to her, “OMG.”I mean it when I say that you should disregard your age. If you have it, it simply makes no difference.
“This is suitable for a person in their 30s or 40s.” In my opinion, you have the nicest attitude of the evening.
Stunned: Simon’s expression showed his astonishment as he turned to reveal James standing there in the smoke.
