For 10 years, she kept her unique face hidden beneath makeup, but you’ll be amazed at how she looks without it!

It’s normal for people to hide traits that don’t fit with what society expects of them; many spend years trying to hide what they think are their flaws.

Tiffany Taylor started putting on makeup every day. When she was 14, she was told she had vitiligo. It made her sad, so she hid it from her close friends by covering up her white spots with thick foundation. It was hard for her to accept her skin, even though she saw other people with vitiligo living freely.

Teenage years can be especially hard for girls who feel like they are not like other girls. Tiffany’s family and friends told her to wear expensive makeup, but they didn’t push her to do so. They just liked how pretty she was naturally.

Everything changed when she saw model Winnie Harlow being proud of her vitiligo. Tiffany got the idea to go to her first Halloween party without makeup and dressed as Harlow. The overwhelming positive reaction shocked her; she got compliments from people who didn’t know they were seeing the real Tiffany.

This event changed her. She started to like how she looked and shared photos of herself without any editing. People loved how beautiful she naturally was.
