The well-known sportscaster may be hinting that her child may follow in his father’s footsteps when she posted a pair of “new wheels” that were specially manufactured for him on social media this week.

Erin Andrews was ecstatic when her one-year-old son, Mack, got his first pair of ice skates. The well-known sportscaster is married to former NHL player Jarret Stoll, and the two may soon have a child who will carry on his father’s legacy.
Andrews and Stoll chose to utilize a surrogate to conceive after nine years of struggling with in vitro fertilization (IVF). Mack was born via surrogacy in July 2023 to Andrews, who has not yet made a decision regarding her immediate future after her contract with Fox Sports expires at the end of the 2024 NFL season.
The former ice hockey star proposed in 2016 after four years of courtship, and Mack showed up five years after Andrews and Stoll were wed.In addition to winning the coveted Stanley Cup twice with the Los Angeles Kings in 2012 and 2014, Stoll was a key figure in the sport and played for the Minnesota Wild, Edmonton Oilers, and New York Rangers.

It looks like Mack is almost ready to follow in his footsteps as Andrews shared a photo of his brand-new ice skates on Instagram on Monday. “Thank you @bauerhockey for the new wheels!” “I couldn’t wait to put Mackey’s first skates on!” @stolly28 commented.
Set to the song “Dream On” by Aerosmith, the brief film featured Stoll removing the chic black skates and placing them on his son’s feet. Given that they had white laces and a crisp blue trim, along with the “Bauer” emblem on the tongue and side of the shoe, fans could only imagine how Mack would look while skating in them.
“Stop it! The cutest! “And the background music!” someone commented. “And it starts.” “So cute,” said another person. A third person wrote: “Looking back at the past…Don’t throw away your first skates! Hockey is the cutest when kids are very young. “That is very cute,” said a fourth user.
The four of them travel most of the time between their homes in Hermosa Beach and Huntington Beach, where they also have to take care of a Golden Retriever named Howard. At the end of last year, the sportscaster and her spouse welcomed Mack via surrogacy, and Andrews revealed that they were considering expanding their family.
“We’re talking about trying it again,” she said in an October interview with E! News. Also, I told my doctor the truth a few weeks ago. “We’ve had such a high since Mack’s birth and his incredible performance that I don’t want to go back to that place of failure again, and I’m really, really afraid of it,” I said.
Andrews revealed to Success Magazine in January, just before her big revelation, how she had caused her husband to feel uneasy about a specific element of their initial IVF procedure: The seasoned reporter said, “My husband would prefer that we not be so public – me not be so public,” in reference to handling crowded waiting rooms.
“He just said, ‘Why do we have to say this?'” I went on to say, “Because these waiting rooms are packed.” “I just said, ‘This is terrible.'” Andrews went on to talk about why she decided to go public. This is really awful! And I’m so beyond wearing a smile, getting needles inserted in myself, and hiding it from everyone.
