Caleb Conrad, Will Richie and Tyler Davis, all 21, came to America’s Got Talent from the small town of Benton, Arkansas. The friends call themselves Triple Threat, and they met when they were all injured on their high school football team at the same time.
One of them was still on crutches when they walked out, but that did not slow them down. They sang “Classic” by MKTO, and their smooth harmonies quickly got the audience on their side. 🎶
The judges loved the contrast between their look and their sound. One of them called the group beautifully nerdy, and another joked that it was finally a boy band he could relate to.
The panel voted them through, and three friends who used to sing at preschools and cook-offs left the stage one step closer to a much bigger dream. ❤️
