Pam walked onto the America’s Got Talent stage holding Casper, a tiny Chihuahua, and announced that he is a singing dog. Simon joked that his own Chihuahua does not like him much, so he was curious to see what this one could do.
Pam explained that Casper had almost no voice as a puppy. About a year later, while she was playing guitar and singing at home, a strange new sound came out of him, and he has been singing ever since. 🐶
They performed All By Myself, with Pam taking the verses and Casper joining on the chorus. His long, high howl grew louder until the room was cheering, and one judge said his final note was surprisingly moving.
Simon was honest. He told Pam she was not great, but Casper was, and admitted the dog actually started to sing. Pam laughed it off, saying she loves Casper and that is what matters, and they got Simon’s yes. 🎤
