Simon Had No Clue What to Make of the Hotel Waiter’s Voice, but He Sent Him Through

Greg Pritchard walked onto the Britain’s Got Talent stage looking more like a rock star than an opera singer. He told the judges he works as a waiter in a hotel and admitted he pretty much hates it, because his real dream is to perform all over the world.

Then the music started and Greg took on Nessun Dorma. Out came a soaring, high voice that nobody in the theatre expected, and the audience was cheering and screaming long before the big finish. 🎶

Greg explained that he is a male soprano. One judge called it one of the most extraordinary things they had ever heard and said it was the last thing they expected to come out of his mouth. Simon compared it to a dog meowing, something that simply should not happen.

When it came to the vote, the first two judges said yes. Simon admitted he did not have a clue what to make of Greg, then told him he was through to the next round. 😲
