Callum Francis was only 12 when he walked onto the Britain’s Got Talent stage in 2009. He told the judges he practises singing and dancing everywhere, from the bathroom to the kitchen, and that he dreams of the West End, with the Artful Dodger as his dream role.
His proud parents watched from the wings as he launched into Consider Yourself from Oliver. He sang and danced with a huge smile and the easy confidence of a kid loving every second in the spotlight. 🎶
One judge loved how natural and unspoiled it felt and said he had probably the cheekiest grin in the show’s history. Another felt he had seen that song many times, but still said yes to Callum himself, and Amanda Holden called it charming.
With three yeses, Callum headed back to his family beaming. He said the moment felt amazing, and his raw talent left everyone sure there was much more to come. ❤️
