I’m a bus driver. Every evening before I leave for home, I make it a point to verify that the bus is neat and clean. Every now and again I find items left behind by travelers.
Last night, while doing my normal check, I noticed strange noises. At first, I was unable to distinguish between the sounds coming from the bus and the outdoors. I glanced at the seats and saw a bag.
As I got closer, the sounds got louder. It was then that I saw something seemed to be moving within the bag. Curious, I opened it, and I was very shocked by what I found. I found it hard to believe that someone had left a rucksack containing such things on the bus.
I always check the bus when my shift is complete.
Yesterday, I found out that one of the passengers had forgotten a bag.
It was closed when I thought about taking it home to try to find the owner the next day.
As I approached the bag, I noticed something moving inside of it.
I unzipped the bag and found three kittens inside.
I was quite shocked that someone had just abandoned these kittens in the bus.
I immediately called an animal rescue group.
Volunteers took care of the kittens until they were all adopted.
