My wife and I were on our way home from work when we were suddenly caught in a lengthy traffic jam. People were getting out of the dozens of cars ahead of us in an effort to understand what was happening.
Even though we thought it was just an accident, I was horrified by what I saw when I stepped out of the car.
The road was lined with bears! Big and little, brown and black, they were simply sitting or resting on the tarmac. Terrified, I went back to the car and discovered that the bears were neither moving nor watching us. They behaved in a very strange manner.
We were unable to understand what was happening for a long time until we discovered the truth, which left everyone speechless. If you ever see anything similar, proceed with caution
We learned that we had seen a special and endearing phenomenon: the migratory “gathering” of bears in Yellowstone.
