Constructed in 1887, this house was dangerous to enter since it seemed like it might fall at any moment. Even though they hadn’t considered purchasing this massive wreck, everything changed when residents Jim and Jean Leaman entered the picture. The retired couple was captivated by the house’s antique architecture and decided to buy it after witnessing its state deteriorate over time.
They were able to transform the ruin into a lovely spot that we can all call home after five years of diligent work on the property.
