L6 came all the way from the Philippines to the America’s Got Talent stage. The group is five siblings and their niece, and they run a small business selling gowns and clothes. Back home, the big family shares one small rented house, and their dream is to buy a bigger one.
They also carried a promise. Performing on AGT was the dream of their late mother, and before she passed away she hoped her children would one day stand on that stage. 💛
Their first try with a backing track did not land, and Simon stopped them. He said the track was terrible but believed they could be a great a cappella group. With no music behind them, they started All By Myself again and their voices blended beautifully.
The judges said it was more unique and memorable, and that their voices never needed all that noise. The result was four yeses, and the family left the stage in happy tears. 🥹
