Teen spends months only training one trap – see how he looks now

You will get fifty different replies if you ask fifty different personal trainers or fitness influencers what the best way to work out is.

Some might suggest focusing more on strength training, while others might favor a regimen that emphasizes cardiovascular exercise. However, others will insist that you fit both into your weekly routine. Not to mention individuals who engage in avant-garde concepts that confound most internet users.

If you’re serious about working out, there are various ways to do it. In other words, you’re putting physical strain on your body in an effort to effect positive change.

But I think most people would agree that training one area of the body regularly while maybe neglecting all other muscle groups might not be the best way to get a new physique.

In spite of this, a 19-year-old TikToker gained widespread attention on social media for merely exercising his trapezius muscle, a large muscle in the neck and upper back. He goes by @thecrookedman10. The problem is made much odd by the fact that he is only considering one side of it.

After viewing images of the content creator, people started to question why his left side of the body differed so much from his right.

He explained, “Why does the one trap guy work out one trap?” It’s really simple. While I was looking through them in my Ferrari, I kept seeing these looksmaxing TikToks.

The “looks maxming” fad on TikTok encourages users to “maximise their physical appearance” and “look their absolute best” by attending to the gym daily and according to a crazy morning routine.

The Crooked Man said, “And they were like, ‘Do this, do that.'” You’ll look more attractive. You’ll draw in more women.

And people appear to have that problem. The opposite is my problem.

“I don’t even have time to read through every DMS I get.”

I reasoned that I would need the opposite solution if I had the opposite problem. What is the opposite of looksmaxing? “Looksminimizing.”

He asked, “What was the best approach to looksminimize?,” in an effort to counter the aforementioned TikTok trend. Make yourself more asymmetrical.

“After figuring out one trap, my problem was fixed.” And, dude, it’s been a big success.

Finding a “expert” who endorses the benefits of this specific program could be challenging, but everyone has their own views.
