Bello Nock is 47, a comic daredevil famous for his tall hair, and the seventh generation of entertainers in his family. On America’s Got Talent he climbed a 37-foot pole with no safety harness and promised to change what people think a clown can be.
Most of the panel liked it, but Simon said no. Bello did not leave. He offered to double the height of the pole, then went further and said he would be shot out of a cannon over a spinning helicopter. Simon changed his vote on the spot. 🎶
When the stunt came, an ambulance was waiting and the judges could barely watch. The cannon fired, Bello flew over the blades and landed with an unplanned flip. One judge said she was too scared to enjoy it, and Simon told him he had walked the walk and earned his respect.
Bello thanked Simon for the challenge, and Simon happily took the credit. ❤️
